Light of the Sun

After I finished
My night deeds
I’m coming home
Coming to my dark home

It’s good to sleep
Under a stump
When frogs are singing
In darkness

It’s dawning!
The Sun!
I feel bad
I burn!

I hide myself in bushes
I hide myself under roots
I hide myself in
Every hole, every shade

Evil, bad sunlight!
It torments so much!
I don’t like at all
When it roasts my head

Shall I live?
Shall I cure
After the sunlight?
After the burning enemy?
